In 2016, Mr Humprhies accepted a management position at a multi-million dollar general contracting and insurance restoration firm in Maryland. In that position he was responsible over the training, oversight and management of the sales force. He wrote and implemented a training manual which resulted in an increase of productivity and sales through a more competent and professional team.

In 2018, Mr. Humphries sought licensing as a Public Adjuster, where he felt his skill set could better be utilized to serve as an advocate for the policyholder. He teamed up with The Fair Claims Group where he , continues to serve as adjuster, appraiser, umpire, and general manager of the company. Josh has experience in both residential and commercial property claims. His experience has been with claims caused by fire, lightning, tornado, smoke, wind, hail, water, sewer/drain backup, vandalism, and flying debris.
